Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping, or
- Incorrect compared to what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
